Holdings Project Request Form
The Rutgers University Libraries Holdings Management Team (RUL-HMT) is responsible for centralized Holdings projects involving 25 items or more in need of Weeding, Consolidation, Withdrawal, Transfer and/or Relocation. If you are interested in a holdings project at your library but are unsure of the scale please contact the team so that we may provide you with some initial analysis.
After you submit your request you should receive an auto-reply letting you know your request has been received. The RUL-HMT will then review your request, collaborate with the Library Resources Council and reply promptly.
