Instructors on all campuses can use this form to request short sections of audio or moving image material be digitized and made available as streaming files for Reserves.
Please fill out the form completely. In addition to Author, Title, Publisher, Edition, Call Number and Location, include details of the sections of works needed-timings, chapter numbers, and visual cues all help. The amount streamed should be reasonable and appropriate for the educational purpose, in accordance with fair use. Material digitized for streaming must be lawfully made and acquired.
Because capturing and converting materials into digital files takes time, instructors should place requests as far in advance as possible. Please prioritize your requests; this will help us manage workflow and ensure materials are available when students need them.
When streaming files are ready, you will receive via email a special password to give to your students to access the files.
