- The Chicano Database is a comprehensive bibliographic index for
information about Mexican-American topics and the only specialized
database for Chicana/Chicano reference. It indexes journal articles, newspapers,
books and book chapters about Chicanos and also covers the broader Latino
experience of Puerto Ricans, Cuban Americans, and Central American
immigrants since 1992. This database incorporates the Spanish
Speaking Mental Health Database. Broad subject coverage includes art,
language, sociology, psychology, public policy, economics, history,
literature, politics, and law.
