- The Nature Publishing Group (NPG) provides online full-text access to Nature
magazine, an
interdisciplinary, weekly, science journal. Also included in this database are various, monthly
NPG
Nature Review Journals (e.g. Nature Reviews Genetics), its monthly subject area titles
(e.g. Nature
Neuroscience), NPG's specialist journals (e.g. Bone Marrow Transplantation), and NPG's
reference works
(e.g. Encyclopedia of Life Sciences.)

- Full-text backfiles for Nature and most of the monthly specialist journals extend from 1997 to the
present. Shorter backfiles, generally from 1998 to present, will be found for those monthly
specialist or review journals that were started more recently.

- Each issue appears on-line in conjunction with its print counterpart.

- Journals, review literature, and reference works from the NPG.
- Type of coverage
- This database is limited to the publications of this particular publisher. The database includes
citations, full-text. The full-text article include "hot-links" (i.e. hypertext links to
materials referenced in the article) including other journals from other publishers. These links
will be full-text if Rutgers holds an electronic subscription.
