- Description
- PsycCRITIQUES, launched in September 2004, is a searchable database of book
reviews in psychology. It also includes reviews of some popular films and comparative reviews
of books. The database replaces the print journal Contemporary Psychology: APA Review of
Books, providing major enhancements, very current reviews, and more content. In each weekly
release, PsycCRITIQUES will deliver approximately 20 reviews of psychological books,
most
from the current copyright year.
There are 3 ways to access information: (1) view the weekly releases;
(2) browse by author/editor, book/film title, or publication year; (3)
perform a standard database search.
