Changing Your Cache Settings in Internet Explorer
  1. Internet Explorer 4.x: Select "View" on the Explorer tool bar and then select "Internet Options."
    Internet Explorer 5.x and 6: Select "Tools" on the Explorer tool bar and then select "Internet Options."
  1. Select Internet Options and when the General Folder tab comes up:
  1. Click on the "Settings" button under "Temporary Internet files ."
  1. Choose "Every time you start Internet Explorer."

In general, having pages in cache compared "Every Time You Start Internet Explorer" is preferable for using ALL web sites and web-accessible databases, not just Library Catalog.
