How Do I...
...check my library record?
  1. Got to the Library Catalog and click on "MY ACCOUNT." Select one of the following options:
    • Review Checkouts
    • Review Library Catalog Requests, Holds, and Recalls
    • Review Media Bookings
    • Review Bills
  1. Enter your NetID, or if you do not have a Rutgers NetID and are eligible to use the features of MY ACCOUNT, enter your your barcode and library PIN.
  1. Under "Review my Checkouts, Holds, Bills, Media Bookings and Requests," click on the corresponding number of checkouts, holds, bills, media bookings, and requests/library messages in your account summary, or scroll down to view detailed information:
      Checkouts:    A list of the Rutgers, interlibrary loan, and E-ZBorrow items that are currently checked out on your library card, with their due dates. Recall due dates will display in red.
 
      Holds:    A list of items on hold for you, with information about the status of your holds. You will also be notified by email when your holds become available for pick-up.
 
      Bills:    A list of your unpaid library bills.
 
      Media Bookings:    A list of items from our media collections that you have booked to preview for classroom use. This service is available only to faculty and graduate students.
 
      Requests/library messages:    Click on the "Requests/library messages" button to view of list of articles and other items you requested. Click on the "View" link for messages about the status of your requests.

Note: To protect the security of your barcode and PIN, close the BROWSER after you have checked your record on a public terminal.
