The History of Science, Technology, and Medicine database indexes journal articles,
conference proceedings, books, book reviews, and dissertations in the history of science,
technology, and medicine and allied historical fields. Under the auspices of the International
Union of the History and Philosophy of Science, this database integrates four separate indexes to
create an international bibliography for the history of science, technology, and
medicine, reflecting their influence on society and culture from prehistory to the present.
