About the Libraries: Libraries and Centers: Douglass Library:
Getting Home Safely

Two services are in place during the fall and spring semesters to meet the needs of those traveling in the evening on the Douglass and Cook college campuses. The Douglass-Cook College Library Security Shuttle follows a set route through Douglass and Cook campuses, with departures from the Douglass Library every half hour (except 10:30 pm) from 7:30pm through 2:00am. The Green Lantern Escort Service is a walking service which departs from the library hourly from 7:30pm through 1:30am, except at 10:45, when the guard departs from the Student Center located across the street.

When the Inter-campus Bus, Security Shuttle, and Green Lantern Services cease operation, transportation within or between campuses is provided through "Knight Mover." This is available during the fall and spring semesters from 2:00am through 7:00am. To request service, dial 732/932-9230 or 732/932-7211.
