Description of Collection

With more than half a million volume and volume equivalents, the library is the largest law library in New Jersey. The collection includes the current annotated statutory codes for all fifty states, an almost complete collection of state court reports, as well as extensive holdings of state administrative regulations and decisions. Federal statutes, regulations, and court reports are complete, federal administrative decisions almost complete. The library also has extensive holdings of primary legal materials from the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

The library has an extremely rich collection of legal periodicals, a good collection of legal texts, digests and citators for all American jurisdictions, annotated reports, looseleaf services, and legal encyclopedias. The Criminal Justice collection, located on the third floor of the library, contains one of the finest special collections of criminal justice materials in the world.
