Presentation equipment and/or technical support is available for Rutgers sponsored events on
the New Brunswick/Piscataway campuses. The Media Center maintains an inventory of state of
the art. portable audio visual equipment. Reserve equipment at least three days in advance
and allow us one week to locate a technician for your event.
Daily rental rates for all equipment services are listed below. Three day advance notice is required
to schedule delivery of equipment items. Equipment is delivered between 9:00AM and 11:00AM Monday
through Friday.
Rental equipment may be picked up Monday through Thursday 8:00AM to 9:PM and 8AM to 4:00 PM on
Friday. from the Media Center located on the lower level of the
Kilmer Library on the Livingston
Campus.
