Faculty Electronic Reserve Request Form

Use this form to request up to 20 books, articles, personal copies and electronic files to be placed on reserve at the Robeson Library. If you're submitting more than 20 items for the same course, please fill out an additional form. To place materials on reserve at a different library, please choose a form for that library from the list of reserve locations.

Bring personal copies of books and photocopies of articles to the Reserve Desk; identify them by instructor's name, course name, and course number. Send electronic files as email attachments (one file per email message) to our reserve coordinator, or drop off a disk at the Reserve Desk. Include the following information: (1) your local Reserve Desk library, (2) course name and number, (3) the semester your course will be taught, and (4) the title of the file and its software application.

Please prioritize your requests by weeks of the semester, it will help us manage workflow and ensure materials are available when students need them. If applicable, give us the actual date of the reading assignment with the citation.
