Book and Record Sale at Douglass Library

Hundreds of classical music LPs, scores and books are going on sale at the Laurie Music Library, located in the Mabel Smith Douglass Library on the Douglass campus, from Monday Nov. 29th to Wednesday Dec. 1st.

Sale items include many quality perfomance classical LPs in nearly new condition, along with a generous sprinkling of jazz and pop titles for $1 apiece. The books are also music-oriented and include both paperback (50 cents) and hardback ($1) titles. The scores include everything from larger works to small ensemble pieces.

The sale includes recordings and print materials removed from the Music Library or donations not appropriate for the collection. Proceeds from sales are used to buy replacement equipment for the Music/Media lab in the Douglass Library.

The sale will run from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. each day, in the foyer of the lower level of the Douglass Library.
