Seven new databases, seven changed databases in many subjects

The Libraries are pleased to announce acquisition of several new electronic resources and changes in a few familiar resources, most with links to full text. Wilson OmniFile Full Text, Mega Edition and a package from CSA will provide enhanced and updated access to resources in many disciplines, including the arts, sciences, social sciences, business, education, the humanities, and the law. Wilson OmniFile

Wilson OmniFile provides access to eleven individual electronic resources, which can be searched together or separately. Five resources are new, while six were previously provided by another vendor.

Wilson OmniFile Full Text, Mega Edition
Wilson OmniFile provides electronic access to full text articles, page images, article abstracts, and citations from thousands of periodicals and journals in all core undergraduate subjects and in the core literature of a broad variety of research disciplines. Art Full Text (formerly Art Abstracts)
Art Full Text indexes articles from English-language periodicals, yearbooks, and museum bulletins, as well as French, Italian, German, Japanese, Spanish, Dutch, and Swedish periodicals. The database includes reproductions of works of art that appear in indexed periodicals. Biological & Agricultural Index Plus (formerly Biological & Agricultural Index)

CSA

The Libraries have acquired a package of three resources from CSA, including one resource previously provided by another vendor and two new resources. These resources are searched using the Illumina interface.

ASSIA: Applied Social Sciences Index and Abstracts
ASSIA: Applied Social Sciences Index and Abstracts contains citations and abstracts of journals from sixteen different countries. Major areas of coverage include health, social services, psychology, sociology, economics, politics, race relations and education. Sociological Abstracts (formerly Sociofile)

Social Services Abstracts
