New Jersey artist Leon Bibel's works include abstract paintings, silk screens, etchings,
and woodcarvings. He has gained particular renown for his wooden shadow boxes -
representational figures of sports heroes, Holocaust victims, and other notable
personalities.
Retired Rutgers Art History Professor Jack Specter, a friend of Mr. Bibel, will talk at
the exhibition opening reception.
The exhibition will run March 23 - June 1, 2006.
