New! DATAD (Database of African Theses & Dissertations)

The Libraries new online resource brings notable African scholarship to Rutgers, without expensive travel fees.

The Database of African Theses and Dissertations (DATAD) is a unique resource for scholarly research published by African Universities. Made available by the Association of African Universities, this database may be searched by author, title, degree, supervisor, university, department, year of submission, and keywords.

Users can access DATAD from the front page of the Libraries website, from IRIS or by following the path: Research Resources > Indexes and Databases > General & Multidisciplinary > Dissertations > DATAD.
