Libraries leader wins national award

We're pleased to announce that Libraries' Training and Learning Coordinator Marilyn Wilt and two colleagues from other educational institutions were awarded the Library Administration and Management Association (LAMA) group achievement award for 2006.

The group won the award for their work in preparing a LAMA promotional video, entitled "Lead with LAMA," that is slated for release later this month at the American Libraries Association (ALA) annual convention. Marilyn and the others will formally receive the award at the ALA convention in New Orleans.
