Libraries offer hardcover binding for University theses and dissertations
We are pleased to announce a new service for the Rutgers graduate student community! For the remainder of the
spring semester, Rutgers University Libraries is offering hardcover binding for theses and dissertations. Ranging
from $30 to $60, (depending on selected options and length of the volume to be produced), the expense is
significantly less than many other available binding services. These bound copies are useful as gifts for family,
friends and colleagues, additions to a personal library, or as a handy reference.
Upon submission to Rutgers' electronic theses and dissertations system (RUetd), graduate students may use the
following form for ordering a bound copy.

The service is also open to graduate students not using RUetd. Please note that the acquisition of a bound copy is
not compulsory and is not intended as an alternative to, or replacement of, the RUetd electronic submission
process. Questions about this service may be directed in person to the Imaging Services office located at
Alexander Library's basement level, by phone at 732/932-7940, or by email to Darryl Voorhees:
darryl.voorhees@rutgers.edu.
