Media Center/Fordham Lab Open House - Tues. Feb. 1^st, 1-5 pm

Members of the Rutgers community are invited to an open house at the Libraries' Media Center and the Sharon A. Fordham Multimedia Lab on Tuesday, Feb 1, 2011, from 1-5 PM on the lower level of the Mabel Smith Douglass Library.

At the Open House visitors can:

• View demonstrations on
  • How we can help your students integrate moving picture files into their research papers
  • New Research Guide for browsing the Media Center's collections
  • Online collections of streaming audio and video

• Meet staff who can assist you in including music and video in your classes, and with your reformatting needs

• Bring one of your LPs and we'll show you how to convert your favorite song into a music file, then transfer it to your flash drive

• Enter drawings every half-hour for books and DVDs

• Best of all, let us treat you to a cup of coffee to go - disposable cups and lids cheerfully provided
