Digitizing Activism: the Visual Culture of Transnational Feminism

The panelists will highlight how the visual culture of feminist activism across borders affect community engagement and political involvement. The event was inspired by the award winning Center for Women's Global Leadership's Poster Collection, a project coordinated by the Rutgers University Libraries, in collaboration with the Department of Women's and Gender Studies and the Center for Women's Global Leadership (CWGL), both of the School of Arts and Sciences.
