Make & Mail Your Own Holiday Card, @ Kilmer Library; Wed. Dec. 12th, noon - 3 pm
Got a treasured friend or a dear relative you want to greet for the holidays and a text, tweet, or email won't do the trick?
The Rutgers University Libraries offer a fun alternative.
Our Art Librarian, Megan Lotts, will be offering a 'Make and Mail Your Own Holiday Card' activity at the Kilmer Library on the
Livingston campus, on Wednesday December 12th from noon - 3:00 pm. Megan will supply all the materials you need to create a unique,
personalized holiday greeting card. If you're suffering from artist's block, Megan or another RU Libraries staff member can help you
create a cheerful holiday card design.
The Libraries will provide the postage for your card as well. You just bring your creativity and the address of the recipient. And to
sweeten the deal, we're pleased to offer free coffee and candy to all holiday-card-makers.
Look for the 'Make and Mail Your Own Holiday Card' table near the front entrance of the library.
For more information on this event, please contact Megan Lotts at
megan.lotts@rutgers.edu or 848/932-7189.
All supplies for the 'Make and Mail Your Own Holiday Card' activity were donated by Rutgers librarians and library staff. We think
that is really nice.
