New Libraries' Database for Library Science

Library science students & scholars will be delighted to reference the Rutgers University Libraries' latest resource - the Library Literature & Information Science database.

Library Literature & Information Science, produced by The H. W. Wilson Company, is a bibliographic database that indexes articles and book reviews of key library and information science periodicals published in the United States and elsewhere. Full-text coverage for selected periodicals is also included. Books, chapters in collected works such as conference proceedings, library school theses, and pamphlets are also indexed. Full-text coverage begins in 1994.

Users may access Library Literature & Information Science from the Rutgers University Libraries Web site, either from IRIS or from the 'Indexes' Web page, under the heading 'Social Sciences & Law.'
