Libraries New Resource is Country Focused (191 times over!)

The Libraries are pleased to announce the acquisition of CountryWatch.com

CountryWatch.com provides up-to-date information and news on 191 countries of the world through two products available as CountryWatch. Country Reviews provides comprehensive and up-to-date political, economic, cultural, business, and environmental information, with a report for each of 191 countries. CountryWire provides current country-specific news from 10 international news organizations with archives back about a year.

CountryWatch also includes colored country and regional maps. The easiest to print are those within the Country Review report for the country.

Users can access CountryWatch from the frontpage of the Libraries website, either through IRIS or by following the path Indexes & Databases / Social Sciences & Law / Political Science, OR Indexes & Databases / General & Multidisciplinary / Current Events and Newspapers.
