Specialized Internet Workshop on Genealogy
For Intermediate Users

Are you searching your family tree but not sure where to look? Do you want to learn how to sort effectively through the vast resources on the World Wide Web to locate useful and plentiful information on a select topic? Then join us for an Internet Workshop that will strengthen your searching skills and identify a number of useful sites and searching techniques for genealogy. This workshop will consist of one hour of overview instruction on how to navigate the Internet and a second hour of in-depth instruction on conducting genealogical research online. Participants will have use of their own computer during the workshop.

Cost:

• $15 for members of the Friends of the Rutgers University Libraries
• $25 for non-members
  (includes costs of all materials and a coffee break)
