NEW! ARL Directory of Scholarly E-Journals & Academic Discussion Lists
The Libraries new acquisition, ARL Directory of Scholarly Electronic Journals and Academic Discussion Lists, is a tool for locating peer-reviewed, scholarly, academic, or professional journal and discussion lists that are accessible on the Internet. It is divided into two parts, e-journals and discussion lists, and each part can be searched individually or in combination with the other part. Entries are indexed by title, subject, and keyword, and cover scholarly or professional topics from the arts and humanities, life sciences, physical sciences, recreation, social sciences, and technology, as well as those of general interest.
Journal entries appear with a URL, title, description, access information, ISSN, cost, first electronic issue date, frequency, contact particulars, and back issue availability. List entries include a description, subscription information, archives location, and contact information.
Users may access the ARL Directory of Scholarly Electronic Journals and Academic Discussion Lists from the frontpage of the Libraries website, either through IRIS or through the Indexes & Databases alphabetical lists or by subject in the index sub-categories:
