NEW! Global Financial Database

The Global Financial Database is the most complete collection of historical and current financial and economic data available in the world. Covering more than 150 different countries, it provides over 6000 different data series that users can immediately download directly from the web site.

The Global Financial Database provides daily, weekly, monthly, and annual data, with excellent coverage of stock markets, interest rates, exchange rates, inflation, and commodity prices for countries around the world. Historical data is taken from a variety of sources described in the Encyclopedia of Global Financial Markets, available on the Global Financial Data web site.

Users may access the Global Financial Data from the front page of the Rutgers University Libraries webpage, either through IRIS or by following the path Indexes and Databases/ Business or the path Indexes & Databases/Social Sciences & Law /Economics.
