New Criminal Justice Research Guide

This new online research guide is an annotated directory to both print and electronic resources in criminal justice, criminology, and related disciplines. Designed for students at all levels, this directory guides the user to the major criminal justice databases and reference resources, such as indexes, dictionaries, encyclopedias, and research and internet guides. The Criminal Justice Research Guide also features a section on materials relating so the history of crime and justice, and a growing list of resources relating to specific topics of interest to the discipline. Of particular note is the extensive section on criminal justice statistical data, and in particular U.S. and New Jersey data, which in many cases includes links to the actual tables and/or reports.

The Criminal Justice Research Guide has been developed by Susan J. Beck of the Paul Robeson Library, Rutgers- Camden, and Natalie Borisovets of the John Cotton Dana Library, Rutgers- Newark.

Users can access the Criminal Justice Research Guide from the front page of the Libraries website, by following the path Subject Research Guides / Social Sciences & Law / Criminal Justice.
