Work on this guide was originally undertaken by Stanley Nash, British and American History Librarian, in 1997 and 1999. Forest Turner assisted him on the project from the Summer of 1999 until the death of Dr. Nash in September 1999. After that time he completed the project on his own with the assistance of Mary Fetzer, Government Resources Librarian; Stephanie Bartz, Reference/Government Publications Librarian; and Ruthann Evanoff, Collection Services. The guide, completed in April 2000, is dedicated to the memory of Stanley Nash.
