Next, click on the link in the white Address Search box on the left-hand side of the page that says "street address" and enter the street address of the location for which you would like to receive tract data. You should then see a box that gives different population options. Select the census tract option and click on "OK".

In order to view census block data, complete same steps as given for finding census tract data, but select the "block group" or "block" (depending on what information you are seeking), instead of "census tract" from the different population options.
