Indexes and Full-text Databases

CCH Tax Research NetWork [Rutgers Restricted]
A comprehensive database of documents related to taxation in the United States. The full text of federal tax law, Internal Revenue Service publications, and numerous interpretive tax guides are available online. Tax reporters for all fifty states are included, as well as current state and federal tax news. The database is fully searchable for free text or individual citations.

Index to Legal Periodicals Full Text [Rutgers Restricted]
Provides coverage of English language legal information from 1982 to the present via indexing of scholarly articles, symposia, jurisdictional surveys, court decisions, legislation, books, book reviews, and more. International coverage includes periodicals from the U.S., Canada, Great Britain, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand.

Law Library Microform Consortium Digital [Rutgers Restricted]
Includes a wide range of full-text archival material broken down into U.S. Federal, U.S. States, U.S. Territories, Anglo-American Collections, Foreign Jurisdictions, International Law and Organizations, and Multi-Jurisdiction Subject Collections. Online collections are incomplete but new material is added on a continuing basis.

LexisNexis Academic [Rutgers Restricted]
Includes extensive full-text coverage of legal periodicals and law reviews, federal and state case law, Shepard's® Citations, federal and state codes and regulations, tax law from the Internal Revenue Code down through state tax law cases, European Union legislation and treaties, full-text patents, and much more.

LexisNexis Statistical [Rutgers Restricted]
Unifies the indexing from three previously published print products, the American Statistics Index for U.S. government statistical publications (1973+); the Statistical Reference Index for statistical resources from state agencies, think tanks, and private sources (1980+); and the Index to International Statistics for documents from international governmental organizations (1983+). Full text or web links are provided for some citations, and the complete text of the Statistical Abstract of the United States is included in the database.

City of Philadelphia
Intended to provide quick, comprehensive information about Philadelphia's departments and agencies, this site provides services for citizens and businesses, including the full text of the Philadelphia Code and Charter and many other resources.

A national education data service that provides in-depth information and analysis about public schools, districts and state education systems using data publicly reported under the No Child Left Behind (NCLB) Act.

State and County QuickFacts

State Education Data Profiles

Court Rules, Forms, and Dockets

Court Web Sites

Internet Law Library

Municipal Codes Online
