The official site for The Chicago Manual of Style offers a Quick Guide with examples for citing electronic sources. The Manual itself
is only available with a subscription.
"Notes for Contributors," in Art Bulletin (most recently September 1992) explains the style used for that publication, which is also
the style used frequently by faculty in the Art History Department.
