- The Center for Educational Policy Analysis (CEPA) conducts research that helps educational policy
improve educational practice. To do so, it carries out three kinds of studies
- Policy formation studies that examine how policy is made,
- Policy implementation studies that examine how policy is put into practice, and
- Policy effects: studies that examine the consequences of policies.
