An "Electronic Scholar" can consult these digital resources and prepare the way for topical research. Visiting libraries virtually prepares for onsite work as well. American Association of Colleges for Teacher Education Washington, DC
Hosts some of the materials of the closed Clearinghouse on Teaching and Teacher Education Center on Education and Training for Employment, Ohio State University is now the home for the ERIC Clearinghouse on Adult, Career, and Vocational Education. The publications and collections of links are now archived at host organizations, the Texas Center for Adult Literacy and Learning at Texas A&M University and the California Adult Literacy Professional Development Project. Clearinghouse on Educational Policy and Management (CEPM), at the University of Oregon houses the former Clearinghouse on Educational Management. CEPM provides access to the resources once provided by the ERIC Clearinghouses, and adds new materials, such as Research Roundups.

Clearinghouse on Disabilities and Gifted Education resources

Practical Assessment Research and Evaluation (PARE)
now houses the materials from the Clearinghouse on Assessment and Evaluation. Other resources from the Clearinghouse on Assessment and Evaluation are available:
Buros Mental Measurements Institute Test Reviews Online
(Replaced Test Locator.) Citations free, test review for a fee, and ETS Test Collection database. "The collection is the largest in the world. It was established to make information on standardized tests and research instruments available to researchers, graduate students, and teachers. The tests contained in this collection were acquired from a variety of U.S. publishers and individual test authors. Foreign tests are also included in the collection, including some from Canada, Great Britain, and Australia. In order to search the Test Collection Database, you will need Microsoft Internet Explorer version 5.5 or higher or Netscape version 6.0 or higher with the exception of Netscape version 7.0."[from ETS database).
