The German Studies Web is designed to provide access to scholarly resources in German Studies, including all German-speaking countries." It is subdivided into news and newspapers, library catalogues and library information, reference shelf, other German studies homepages, digital texts and images as well as selected German subject resources. As it is very comprehensive, it should act as starting point for everybody looking for German resources on the web.

Annotated, very well structured guide to Internet resources by the Free University library, Berlin, featuring institutions and their project, online reference works, dictionaries and encyclopedias, regional bibliographies, linguistics, subject journals and a very comprehensive listing of authors.

German Language Resources, Harvard University
Provides links to general German and cultural studies pages, to German feminist resources, to German news and cultural media, language dictionaries and encyclopedias, cities and regions, business resources as well as political parties and government organizations, this page provides a very selective list focused on today's Germany.
