Arruza
A documentary on Carlos Arruza, one of Mexico's most popular matadors, who retired from the ring in 1953 to develop his own cattle ranch. He came out of retirement three times, and the brilliance of his style and courage changed the art of bullfighting forever. He is shown fighting bulls in the Plaza Mexico, a testing ground for bullfighting.

Gringo: Shows the U.S.-Mexico war of 1846-48 as portrayed in drawings, lithographs, daguerreotypes and personal chronicles. Greaser: Presents the Mexican Revolution of 1910-1920 as portrayed in newsreels and postcards. Amigo: Looks at the influence of U.S. interests in Mexican nationalistic and propaganda films during the "Good neighbor policy" and World War II. Illegal: Critical examination of the role played by independent video and mainstream media in the creation of a war zone on the Mexico-U.S. border.

Zapatista
In 1996, three international filmmakers traveled to the deep Lacandon jungles of Mexico to seek out and interview the leaders of the Zapatista National Liberation Army (EZLN) and to examine the peasant uprisings which began in Chiapas, Mexico in 1994. It recounts through a cast of rebel leaders, celebrity narrators and political activists, how a few thousand Mayan peasants have transformed the political culture of Mexico forever.
