Journal articles from a variety of periodical sources can be found via these specialized and multidisciplinary indexes. Students can use their Net ID and password to log into Rutgers Restricted databases from off-campus. See the "How Do I Connect From Home?" guide for more information.

ComAbstracts [Rutgers-restricted Access]
This database is part of a system of electronic databases provided by the Communication Institute for Online Scholarship. It contains abstracts of articles published in primary professional literature of the communication(s) field covering over fifty core journals. Dates of coverage vary depending on individual journal title.

Communication & Mass Media Complete (CCMC) [Rutgers-restricted Access]
This database combines CommSearch and Mass Media Articles Index. CMMC offers full text for over 200 titles and contains citation coverage for additional sources. As in most EBSCO databases, there is a 12 month embargo for the latest issues. CMMC is available through December, 2004 on a trial basis.

Contemporary Women's Issues (1992-present) [Rutgers Restricted, Online Resource]
Covers over 1500 sources published by more than 200 organizations around the world. Coverage includes more than 150 periodicals in addition to non-periodical source publications.
