Espresso: "Scarlet Night" Blend
Honduras, Brazil, Indian Monsoon Malabar, Sumatra
Elevation: 1200-1300 meters
Characteristics: Delivers a consistent, robust flavor while maintaining a great balance. The sweet, smooth finish is guaranteed to leave a wonderful impression.

Light Roast: Ethiopian Natural Sidamo Guji Grade 4
Elevation: 1800-2000 meters
Dried on raised beds, triple hand sorted (ripe cherry, dry pods, processed beans). The Grade 4 aspect is simply removing more defects thru hand sorting than they do normally hence producing a cleaner, better cup.
Characteristics: Smooth, creamy blueberry/strawberry nuances, floral notes, clean milk chocolate finish.

Medium Roast: "Jersey Devil" Brew Blend
Sumatra, Brazil, Ethiopian Yirgacheffe
Elevation: 1300-1500 meters
Characteristics: Begins with a lovely aroma of sweet chocolate which follows thru in nuances in the cup. Hints of cherry and peach are consistent throughout. A hearty, lasting aftertaste makes this blend a morning favorite.

Dark Roast: "Scarlet Night" Brew Blend
Brazil, Mexican, Sumatra, Rwanda
Elevation: 1200-1400 meters
Characteristics: Bold from the start with deep, dark chocolate nuances. Herbal, anise like flavors carrying through in the cup and into the aftertaste. Holds up well to milk and sweeteners.

Decaf: Ethiopian Decaf
Elevation: 1400 meters
Characteristics: Well balanced, good flavor in this high quality decaf. Nuances of milk chocolate with an enjoyable, satisfying aftertaste.

Decaf Espresso: Blend
Honduras, Brazil
Elevation: 1200-1400 meters
Characteristics: Creamy, buttery mouthfeel with nuances of citrus with a hint of herbal on the finish.
