Enter patron barcode in both the User ID and Alt ID field

Enter home and email addresses in both Address 1 and Address 2.

Issue plastic borrower card with barcode, and give PIN.

Remind Emeritus faculty they need to use the Barcode and PIN login link on the NetID login screen when connecting to the Libraries website from off-campus. It will take 24-hours before their barcode and PIN are recognized by the Libraries' proxy. Point to Connecting from Off-campus instructions on the web site if appropriate

Remind Emeritus faculty of their expiration date, at which time they will need to contact us again to confirm their current address; we will then extend privileges for another year.
