Retirees must have an RUconnection Retiree card, or an old valid green RU retiree card. User's home address is required in Address 1 and 2, do not accept a campus address and remember to fill in BOTH Address 1 and 2. Encourage retirees with green cards and letters from Human Resources to obtain an RUconnection RETIREE card. Give retirees at least a full year of borrowing; remind them that when their privileges expire they need to check in with the library and verify their current address to get an extension. Write Name and RETIREE on card.
