Honors program advisors submit lists of undergraduate honors students to library administration (Head, Univ. Libraries Access & Interlibrary Services) each semester or academic year. These students are eligible for term loans.

Instructions:

To check materials out to an undergraduate honors students:
Display the user's record and confirm the HONORS status and Extended Information PUB-NOTE. Open the Checkout wizard, scan the user's barcode and and click on the Special Due Date (calendar icon) helper. Type in the current term loan due date next to "Special due date," select the radio button next to "For this user only," and click on "OK." Proceed to scan item barcodes for checkout.

To process a list of undergraduate honors students:
Modify the user record: 1) Change the Demographic Status from UGRAD to HONORS, 2) Enter the following PUB-NOTE: "[Name of Honors program / for Semester and/or Year], please give term loan due dates when checking materials out."
