Responsibilities

The Holdings Records Management Team (HRMT) coordinates all record management for Rutgers University Libraries. HRMT's procedures are in accordance with nationally accepted standards and practices for holdings maintenance, including MARC serial holdings standards. The HRMT is responsible for implementing workflow based on decisions and policies developed at TSCWG (Technical Services' Core Working Group). The Team works collaboratively with Technical Services, Access Services, Librarians, and the other DTS Teams to coordinate routine work and establish efficiencies in workflow.
