Academic Excellence Quality Indicators - Validation Process

The RULS Library Assessment Committee (LAC) is validating the criteria for the Library's Academic Excellence Quality Indicators as they relate to our stakeholder groups. We have identified five primary stakeholder groups and are having discussions with members of each stakeholder group. These discussions are primarily qualitative. The information we are collecting is deliberately descriptive. The intention is to gather information that helps the library refine and improve its ongoing operations and future performance.
