The group met the Delinquent Accounts, March 6, 2008 deadline. It examined 526 records of users who have become barred because of 40 day plus overdue material due between July 29, 2007 and January 8, 2008. The group placed 415 financial holds. Last March (2007), it had placed 409.
Nita Mukherjee reported that on February 28, 2008, 110 accounts went into Phase 2 with Delinquent Accounts. In all cases when these accounts are clear, staff need to email Judy Gardner and Nita Mukherjee. These procedures are located on the Billing Group section of the Access Service web page: http://www.libraries.rutgers.edu/rul/staff/access_serv/procedures/billing/delinquent_account.pdf
