Eddie Suarez (LSM): Eddie continues with the mini-shift of the LSM Bound Periodical Collection, now three aisles in. Eddie is using the new template stack guides as the shift continues. The LSM Weeding project continues; Access has pulled 3,600 items so far, another 11,600 to go to reach goal.
Paul Young (Gov. Docs.): Paul completed a mini shift of the Supreme Court Landmark Briefs at Alexander Library to accommodate three years of growth. At LSM, Paul is currently reviewing US Map filing system to offer assistance to CS-office for shelving.
Roselyn Riley (Art): Roselyn reported that there has been an increased amount of shelving early in December. One possible reason for this is the final papers that were due in all of the Art History classes.
Sandy Marsh (Camden): Sandy was not able to attend the meeting but does wish the group a very Merry Christmas and a happy and healthy New Year.
