Alex Arencibia (Dana): Alex was not able to attend the meeting but does wish the group a very Merry Christmas and a happy and healthy New Year.
Krista Dandurand (Kilmer): Krista reports that the selectors in her unit are in the process of evaluating the Periodical collection. Krista has implemented new methods of tracking shelving and shelf reading statistics to make sure that both are reported correctly.
Robert Krack (Alex): Rob designed a LC Call Number test to be used through WebCT. He is currently shelving the end of the year returns and working on a project to deal with Oversized Bound Periodicals.
Megan Ingegno (Physics): Megan has completed the inventory of the Bound Per titles to be transferred to the Libraries Annex. She continues to experience space problems at her Library.
Irina Loutchkina (Alex): Irina is currently busy assisting with the processing of electronic reserve files. She is also assisting with RDS and EZ-Borrow request.
Eddie Suarez (LSM): Eddie continues with the mini-shift of the LSM Bound Periodical Collection, now three aisles in. Eddie is using the new template stack guides as the shift continues. The LSM Weeding project continues; Access has pulled 3,600 items so far, another 11,600 to go to reach goal.
Paul Young (Gov. Docs.): Paul completed a mini shift of the Supreme Court Landmark Briefs at Alexander Library to accommodate three years of growth. At LSM, Paul is currently reviewing US Map filing system to offer assistance to CS-office for shelving.
Roselyn Riley (Art): Roselyn reported that there has been an increased amount of shelving early in December. One possible reason for this is the final papers that were due in all of the Art History classes.
Sandy Marsh (Camden): Sandy was not able to attend the meeting but does wish the group a very Merry Christmas and a happy and healthy New Year.
