Files can be submitted to the Repository using a variety of methods. They can be input via the web form submission, they can be FTP'd or they can be submitted on CD, DVD, or disk. A file being transmitted from a web-accessible remote location can be retrieved by the Repository if the file is not too large and the connection speed supports the transmission.
