Regardless of whether a title is labeled with an authorized IRIS sublocation, as listed above, or with an uncataloged sublocation (US, STATE, FOR, INT), the following guidelines apply:

All reference titles, microforms, maps, looseleaf publications, legal materials, specifications and standards, and periodicals do not circulate. Fragile material in archival boxes does not circulate.

All titles that do not circulate should be stamped "THIS BOOK DOES NOT CIRCULATE" or "NON-CIRCULATING" either on the front cover, inside front page, or back cover page.
