Annex 930's

Melody and Paul spoke about 930's problems and correction needing to be done at the Annex. Any problems, corrections or holding verification should be sent to Christopher Lee's attention. Paul spoke also about how items are shelved and classified in the Annex.

Statistics

Unit labeling should be kept separate from whole statistics counted.

Review of Withdrawal, Transfer and Relocation

Paul passed out revised copies of procedures and group reviewed and made few corrections on procedures.

Update on Projects

Melody is working on the Douglass transfer project. Susan is working on the History Project.
