1. Discussed minor changes to Local Maintenance Policy
- No circulation note pops up—the message is just Route to Local Maintenance
- Melody will correct and post to HRMT page
- MT will present to TSCWG-Holdings in September 2007.
2. Withdraw Procedure
- Approved with minor change—cross off barcode
- To be vetted at TSCWG in September and posted
3. Circ on the fly books
- Still waiting on go ahead to send books not in catalog
- When we do send, change books to In-Process before sending
- More discussion to follow for Circ on fly, Long overdue and Missing/not in catalog books
4. Projects
- J client training being prepared
- SIP on hold, to start up again in the fall
- Lost/replacement
- Newark and Camden inventories
- Keyboard Express and adjusting it to the J-client. Ann Butman may help with this.
