The Rutgers University Libraries Holdings Management Team (RUL-HMT) is responsible for centralized Holdings projects involving 25 items or more in need of Weeding, Consolidation, Withdrawal, Transfer and/or Relocation. If you are interested in a holdings project at your library but are unsure of the scale please contact the team so that we may provide you with some initial analysis.
In order to coordinate these types of projects, which often affect multiple Rutgers libraries and/or influence other academic libraries, a listserv has been established.
