Review, test, recommend, document, train and implement changes to hourly payroll processes.
Implement installation of upgraded TimeTrak system. Major changes will be ability to apply security patches (Systems), secure employee #'s and passwords for employees and supervisors, change in Job Class structure, improved report and audit capabilities and changes in how final payroll is compiled and submitted.
The Internal Audit Department performed an audit of our hourly payroll system in FY 2005. The audit identified and assessed risks, and made recommendations for reducing these risks. The Libraries must now take corrective actions to reduce risk, based on these recommendations.
